73. Who may make application under section 71

An application under section 71 may be made to the Supreme Court —

in respect of section 71(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e), by any one or more of the following persons:

any person who voted or had a right to vote at the election to which the application relates;

any person claiming to have had a right to be returned or elected at the election;

any person alleging himself or herself to have been a candidate at the election; and

in respect of section 71(f), by the Presidential Elections Committee.
