26. Protection from personal liability
Feedback & supportNo matter or thing done by the Minister, the Director, or the Port Master and no matter or thing done by any officer employed in the administration of this Act or other person acting under the direction of the Minister, the Director or the Port Master shall, if the matter or thing was done bona fide for the purpose of executing this Act or any of the regulations made thereunder, subject them or any of them personally to any action, liability, claim or demand whatsoever.
