46. Supervision of visits to prisoners

The Superintendent of a prison (or a prison officer authorised by the Commissioner) must ensure that each visit to a prisoner is supervised by —
(a)
a prison officer;
(b)
an authorised auxiliary police officer; or
(c)
an employee or officer of a company or organisation that is engaged by the Singapore Prison Service to supervise the visit.
