61. Maximum forfeiture of remission

The maximum periods of forfeiture of remission that may be ordered is —
(a)
in respect of section 70(1)(b) of the Act — 7 days;
(b)
in respect of section 71(1)(c) of the Act — 60 days;
(c)
in respect of section 71(4) of the Act — 90 days; and
(d)
in respect of section 74(2)(c) of the Act — 180 days.
