Appointment of inspectors

(1)
The Agency may appoint any of its officers or employees to be an inspector for the purposes of this Act.

The Agency must furnish every inspector with an identification card that identifies him or her as an inspector.

Every inspector must, when exercising any power under this Act, on demand produce the inspector’s identification card to the person affected by the exercise of that power.[56
