16. Change in partnership
Feedback & supportWhen a licence is granted to a partnership and there is a change in the partnership, the new partnership shall, within 7 days of the change, apply for the licence to be transferred to them and the licensing officer may, in his discretion, permit a transfer of the licence.
A fee of $40 shall be payable on the transfer of the licence.
Subject to paragraph (4), an application under paragraph (1) shall be made using the electronic service provided by the licensing officer.
In the event of a malfunction or failure of the electronic service, an application under paragraph (1) shall be made in such form and manner as the licensing officer may determine.
