3. Establishment and constitution of Public Transport Council

A council called the Public Transport Council is established, which consists of the following members:

“Council” means the Public Transport Council established under section 3;
(a)
a Chairperson;
(b)
any other members that the Minister may determine.
(2)
The First Schedule has effect with respect to the Council, its members and proceedings.
