Regulation 59
Approval of package designs for fissile material
Subregulation 1
The design of each package of fissile material which is not an excepted package shall require multilateral approval.
Subregulation 2
An application to the Chief Executive for a certificate of approval in respect of the design of a package of fissile material shall include all information necessary to satisfy the Chief Executive that the design meets the requirements of regulation 51(1) and a specification of the applicable quality assurance programme.
