Section 2 of the Redundancy Payments Fund Act is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (a) of the definition of “redundancy payment” appearing therein and substituting therefor the following: —“(a)whose employment is terminated by reason of redundancy or by reason of the employer ceasing to carry on business for whatever reason;”.
