Regulation 33

Revocation of import certificate

Subregulation 1

The Director-General may, by notice given to the importer, revoke the import certificate.

Subregulation 2

Upon receipt of the notice of revocation, the importer shall forthwith surrender the import certificate and every copy thereof in his possession to the Director-General.

Subregulation 3

Any person who contravenes paragraph (2) shall be guilty of an offence.
