Unused import certificate

Subregulation 1

If, after the issue of an import certificate under this Part, the person to whom the import certificate was issued knows that the goods will not be imported, that person shall forthwith return the import certificate and any copy thereof in his possession to the Director-General.

Subregulation 2

Any person who contravenes this regulation shall be guilty of an offence.
