Section 39

Protection from personal liability

No liability is to lie against —

(a)

any police officer or authorised officer; or

(b)

any member of an Appeals Advisory Committee appointed under section 24(3)(b),for anything done or intended to be done with reasonable care and in good faith in the execution or purported execution of this Act.
