Regulation 5
Height restriction for persons carried on open deck goods vehicle
Subregulation 1
No person shall drive, or cause or permit a person to drive, a goods vehicle which has an open deck for the carriage of goods if the height of the passenger, when sitting, exceeds 1.1 metres from the deck of the vehicle.
Subregulation 2
No owner of a goods vehicle shall allow the goods vehicle to be driven in contravention of paragraph (1).
