Regulation 4
Subregulation 1
Every motor cycle shall be so constructed that it is a wheeled vehicle.
Subregulation 2
Subject to paragraph (1), every motor vehicle and trailer shall be so constructed that it is either a wheeled vehicle or a track laying vehicle.
