7. Overall width

(1)
The overall width of a motor vehicle or trailer shall not exceed 2.6 metres.
(2)
The Registrar may, subject to such terms and conditions as he may impose, permit the use of a light locomotive or heavy locomotive the overall width of which exceeds 2.6 metres.
