Regulation 5
Saving and transition provision relating to revocation of rule 11 of Road Traffic (Expressway Traffic) Rules
Where before 1st November 2010 the Deputy Commissioner of Police has authorised, under the revoked rule 11(3) or (4)(a) of the Road Traffic (Expressway Traffic) Rules (R 23), any excluded vehicle to use an expressway or any part thereof on or after that date, such authorisation shall, as from that date, continue to be valid until the time of its expiration, as if the Road Traffic (Expressway Traffic) (Amendment) Rules 2010 (G.N. No. S 649/2010) had not been enacted.
