10L. Interface with other written laws

To avoid doubt, nothing in this Part derogates from any requirement imposed by or under —
the Animals and Birds Act 1965;
the Control of Plants Act 1993;
the Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act 1998;
the Environmental Public Health Act 1987;
public health
“public health” means the health of —(a)the people in Singapore; or (b)a community or section of those people;
the Feeding Stuffs Act 1965;
the Fisheries Act 1966;
the Food Safety and Security Act 2025;
the Health Products Act 2007; (h)the Medicines Act 1975; (i)the Misuse of Drugs Act 1973;
the Poisons Act 1938; or
the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act 1999.

“meat” includes any part of slaughtered poultry, bovine animal, ovine animal, caprine animal, porcine animal, game or other animal, that is intended for human consumption;
