34. Duties of licensees

No licensee of a granite quarry shall allow a person to work therein unless such person —

is free from a pulmonary disease; or

has taken a full-size X-ray examination of his chest and has been certified fit for the work by a registered medical practitioner approved for the purpose by the Licensing Officer.
