Annual fees payable by approved exchange and recognised market operator

Every approved exchange and every recognised market operator must pay to the Authority such annual fees as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 44 in such manner as the Authority may specify.

The Authority may, where it considers appropriate, refund or remit the whole or any part of any annual fee paid or payable to it.
