6. Interpretation of this Part

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires —“foreign corporation” means a corporation that is formed or incorporated outside Singapore;“Singapore corporation” means a corporation that is formed or incorporated in Singapore;“Singapore recognised market operator” means a recognised market operator that is a Singapore corporation.

“corporation” has the meaning given by section 4(1) of the Companies Act 1967;
