Annual fees payable by approved clearing house or recognised clearing house

(1)
Every approved clearing house and every recognised clearing house must pay to the Authority such annual fees as may be prescribed in such manner as the Authority may specify.

The Authority may, where it considers appropriate, refund or remit the whole or any part of any annual fee paid or payable to it.
