17. Display of vehicle permit

The holder of a vehicle permit shall display the permit —

in the case of a motor cycle, in the licence holder mounted on its right handle bar facing forward so as to be clearly visible from the front at all times; and

in the case of any other vehicle, on the windscreen facing forward so as to be clearly visible at all times.
