32. Vessels plying in waters of Sentosa
Feedback & supportUnless otherwise authorised by the Corporation, no person shall cause or permit any vessel —
to ply or remain in the waterways or waters of Sentosa;
except in the waterways of Sentosa, to lie alongside any part of any jetty in Sentosa or the other islands for a period longer than is necessary to embark or disembark persons, or to load or discharge baggage, goods or stores.
No person shall cause or permit any vessel in the waterways or waters of Sentosa to anchor, moor, lie or loiter in such a manner as to obstruct other vessels or the approach to any float or marine facilities.
Subregulation 1
Unless otherwise authorised by the Corporation, no person shall cause or permit any vessel —
to ply or remain in the waterways or waters of Sentosa;
except in the waterways of Sentosa, to lie alongside any part of any jetty in Sentosa or the other islands for a period longer than is necessary to embark or disembark persons, or to load or discharge baggage, goods or stores.
