17. Penalty
Feedback & supportAny person who is guilty of an offence under any of the following provisions shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $500 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction:
regulation 4(2), 6(4), 12(2), 13(2) or 14(4);
regulation 9(3) in respect of a contravention of regulation 9(2)(a).
Any person who is guilty of an offence under any of the following provisions shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000:
regulation 9(3) in respect of a contravention of regulation 9(2)(b);
regulation 9(5) or 11(3).
Subregulation 1
Any person who is guilty of an offence under any of the following provisions shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $500 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction:
regulation 4(2), 6(4), 12(2), 13(2) or 14(4);
regulation 9(3) in respect of a contravention of regulation 9(2)(a).

Any person who is guilty of an offence under any of the following provisions shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000:
regulation 9(3) in respect of a contravention of regulation 9(2)(b);
regulation 9(5) or 11(3).
