4. Obligations relating to specified activity
Feedback & supportA contractor who is engaged in or is to carry out any specified activity within a part of a public sewer corridor must ensure that the activity is carried out in accordance with an approved plan (including any amendment permitted to the plan) for the activity.
Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
