Place of custody of military prisoner under death sentence
Subregulation 1
A person sentenced to death under the Act shall be detained in a military or civil prison pending the execution of the sentence on the order of the commanding officer of the person to be committed or the President of the subordinate military court.
Subregulation 2
The order of committal shall be in Form 10 in the Schedule.
