Regulation 55
Subregulation 1
When a person is sentenced to imprisonment by a subordinate military court, he shall serve such sentence in a military prison or a civil prison.
Subregulation 2
Every military prisoner serving his sentence of imprisonment in a military prison shall be segregated from detainees.
