Subregulation 1
A military prisoner who is detained in a military prison shall be managed in the same manner as a detainee except that he shall be clothed in the attire specified in the standing orders.

A military prisoner who is detained in a civil prison shall for all purposes be subject to the Prisons Act 1933.
