32. Pending proceedings
Feedback & supportAny proceeding or cause of action pending or existing immediately before the commencement of this Act by or against the Government, or any person acting on behalf of the Government, in respect of any of the television and sound broadcasting undertakings of the Government transferred to the Corporation under section 27(1), may be continued and enforced by or against the Corporation as it might have been continued and enforced by or against the Government or that person if this Act had not been enacted.

“television and sound broadcasting undertakings of the Government” means —(a)all the lands, buildings and other property, movable or immovable, vested in and held by the Government immediately before the commencement of this Act for the purposes of television and sound broadcasting; and(b)all assets, powers, rights, interests and privileges as well as all debts, liabilities and obligations of the Government in connection therewith or appertaining thereto.
