40. Obstructing officers of Corporation
Feedback & supportAny person who obstructs or hinders any officer or agent of the Corporation acting in the discharge of his duty under this Act or any regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
