37. Corporation and employee not liable for loss or damage
Feedback & supportThe Corporation and any employee thereof shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by any person as a result of any error, omission or inaccuracy in any broadcast matter transmitted by the Corporation, whether or not the error, omission or inaccuracy is caused by the fault of the Corporation or an employee thereof.
