4. Constitution of Corporation

The Corporation shall consist of a Chairman, a Deputy Chairman and such other members, not being less than 3 and not more than 7, as the Minister may from time to time determine.

“Corporation” means the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation established under section 3;

The provisions of the Schedule, which relate to the appointment and remuneration of the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman and other members of the Corporation and to the procedure of and other similar matters concerning the Corporation, shall have effect with respect to the Corporation.
