7. Existing contracts
Feedback & supportAll deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting immediately before 1st October 1973 affecting the lands, buildings and other property, movable or immovable, transferred under section 6(c) shall be of full force and effect against or in favour of the Institute and enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the Board or any person acting on behalf of the Board, the Institute had been named therein or had been a party thereto.[13
