Regulation 17
Council’s power to evict, exclude, etc.
Subregulation 1
The Council may order a person who commits a breach of these Regulations to leave any premises, and that person shall forthwith comply with such order.
Subregulation 2
The Council or any of its officers or employees may remove or otherwise exclude from the premises any person whose presence is considered by the Council, officer or employee to be undesirable.
Subregulation 3
A person who fails to comply with an order given under paragraph (1) or obstructs the Council or any of its officers or employees from exercising any power conferred upon the Council, officer or employee by this regulation shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200.
