Regulation 31
Cancellation of booking
Subregulation 1
The Council may in its discretion cancel any booking of a court and in such event the Council shall not be liable to the person who booked the court except for the return of any booking fee paid by him.
Subregulation 2
Where the Council has cancelled the booking of a court by a person who has paid a fee in advance, the Council may, instead of refunding the fee, allocate the court to him at the same time on the same day of the following week.
