Regulation 42

Care of premises

Every person admitted to any premises shall —

(a)

keep every bathroom, lavatory, water-closet and other property installed in the premises in a clean condition;

(b)

exercise reasonable care in the use of such property; and

(c)

not break, damage or interfere with the proper and efficient function of any lock, valve, pipe, apparatus and machinery installed in the premises.
