43. Proper behaviour
Feedback & supportNo person shall enter or attempt to enter a bathroom, lavatory, water-closet or compartment which is being used by another person in any premises; or interfere with the latter's use thereof or, by any noisy, disorderly or improper conduct, disturb or interrupt such other person in the use of any of the facilities of the premises.
