13. Penalty for depasturing on State land
Feedback & supportAny person who knowingly and wilfully depastures without authority in that behalf any horse or cattle on any State land, not being a common, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.

“State land” includes all land contained or referred to in a notification or declaration made under the provisions of section 3 or 5 of the Land Acquisition Act 1966, and published in the Gazette in accordance with those provisions.
