of Public Entertainments (Paintball and Airgun Ranges and Defined Weapon-based Sports and Recreational Centres — Exemption) Order 2025

Regulation 4

Paintball range operator at approved paintball range, etc.

Every person who —

(a)

holds a range operator licence; and

(b)

carries on —

(i)

the business of a paintball range operator at an approved paintball range; or

(ii)

the business of a shooting range operator at an approved airgun shooting range,is exempt from the requirement in section 4 of the Act in respect of carrying on that business, subject to the approved paintball range or approved airgun shooting range satisfying both the entertainment ban and the signage requirement at all times when it is open for that business.
