Government school operator

Every person who is subject to a class licence by virtue of paragraph 19 of the Guns, Explosives and Weapons Control (School Use — Class Licence) Order 2025 (G.N. No. S 364/2025) is exempt from the requirement in section 4 of the Act in respect of any activity authorised by the class licence.
