Matters relating to entry permit

Subregulation 2

A person may apply on behalf of his spouse or child for an entry permit to be issued to the spouse or child.

Every entry permit shall be in Form 5 or 5A.

For the purposes of section 10(3) of the Act, the Controller may —

(a)

impose any condition not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act; or

(b)

vary any condition in any manner provided the condition so varied is not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act.

Without prejudice to paragraph (9), a condition imposed or varied by the Controller may include a condition that permits the Controller to make a determination as to whether any particular circumstances exist.
