6. Grant and renewal of certificate
Feedback & supportAfter receiving an application under regulation 5, the Authority may —
(a)
on payment of the relevant fee (if any) specified in the Second Schedule, grant or renew either as follows, subject to any conditions that the Authority thinks fit:
(i)
an aerodrome certificate for an aerodrome which is not a heliport;
(ii)
a heliport certificate for a heliport; or
(b)
refuse to grant or renew the certificate applied for.
