10. Access for use by foreign aircraft

A certified operator of an aerodrome must ensure that the aerodrome, and all air navigation facilities provided at the aerodrome, are available for use by any aircraft registered in any country or territory other than Singapore on the same terms and conditions as for use by Singapore registered aircraft.
