Regulation 100
Category II or III precision approach equipment
An AOC holder must not conduct a Category II or III precision approach procedure with a relevant aircraft unless —
(a)
the aircraft is equipped with the capability to conduct such operations; and
(b)
the AOC holder has an approval granted by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation under the Air Navigation (98 — Special Operations) Regulations 2018 for that purpose.
