Installation of communication, navigation and surveillance equipment
An AOC holder must ensure that the installation on a relevant aircraft of any equipment required for communication, navigation or surveillance purposes is such that the failure of any single unit of such equipment, or any combination of such equipment, will not result in the failure or another unit of equipment required for communications, navigation or surveillance purposes.
