Landing in Instrument Meteorological Conditions
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must ensure that every relevant aircraft that may be required to land in Instrument Meteorological Conditions is provided with appropriate navigation equipment.
Subregulation 2
The navigation equipment provided in accordance with paragraph (1) must be capable of receiving signals to provide guidance to a point from which a visual landing can be made at any aerodrome of intended landing and any designated alternate aerodrome.
