Sitting of Board
Subregulation 1
The Board shall sit in the courtroom of the Board or at such other place as the Commissioner may from time to time determine.
Subregulation 2
An application for a change of date of hearing may be made by any party to the appeal at least 5 days before the date fixed for hearing of the appeal in accordance with regulation 8.
Subregulation 3
The Board may, for the convenience of witnesses or other sufficient reason, adjourn or fix a special time for the hearing of an appeal or any proceedings therein, having due regard to the precedence of other appeals.
