2. Definitions
Feedback & supportIn these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“appellant” includes “person interested” and a person “entitled to act” whose meanings are as assigned to them under section 2 of the Act;“Registrar” means the Registrar of the Board appointed under section 21 of the Act.
