4. Entry of appeal
Feedback & supportUpon receipt of a notice of appeal, the Registrar shall enter the appeal in the Register of Appeals and shall inform the appellant and the Collector of the serial number of the appeal entered in the Register, which shall thereafter constitute the title of the appeal.
