Regulation 3
Subregulation 1
No person shall —
(a)
use;
(b)
publish or reproduce the whole or any part of the contents of; or
(c)
remove from the Centre,any oral history sound recording or transcript without the written approval of the Director.
Subregulation 2
Where the use of an oral history sound recording or transcript is subject to any restriction under an agreement with the interviewee, the Director shall not —
(a)
give his approval under paragraph (1);
(b)
make or supply any copy of the recording or transcript; or
(c)
do anything which is inconsistent with any restriction imposed under the agreement,unless he has the written permission of the interviewee or his personal representative.
